Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through the building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth research to understand trends in the IT industry, including emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and customer needs, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Utilizing various channels, such as social media, industry events, and networking, to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Developing customized proposals that emphasize the company’s technical expertise, services, and solutions while aligning them with the unique requirements of prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with development and technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and feasibility, thereby enhancing the accuracy of proposals delivered.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable and align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients to ensure their requirements are met while identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.
  • Analyzing performance against targets, and reporting on results to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Staying informed about the latest technological advancements, tools, and methodologies to enhance the understanding of how the company’s offerings can evolve to meet client demands.
  • Working with marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that effectively promote the company’s IT services and capabilities to target audiences.
  • Will be requires to create documents, like proposals, business plans, agreements, and contracts.

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English language.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Presentation and Excel.
  • Hands on experience on different IT projects.
