We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Inside Sales Executive to work closely with our marketing and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and developing new business opportunities through prospecting, lead nurturing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
This role requires a deep understanding of technology, software services, and digital marketing tools to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads that can be passed on to the sales team. The candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market & prospect research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and social media outreach.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
- Develop targeted email marketing campaigns and manage marketing automation workflows.
- Use lead scoring and nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead data and interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation tools.
Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role in the IT/software services industry.
- Technology Knowledge: Understanding of IT consulting, software development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Sales & Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead scoring tools, and marketing automation software.
- Lead Prospecting: Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and social media engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with prospects.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present Feathers fts offerings to potential clients effectively.
- Self-motivated: A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients and handling outbound sales.
- Familiarity with lead enrichment tools and data research platforms.
- Previous experience in selling IT consulting, software development, or technology services.
